Message: Several online orders have not been filled 100% even though the items are said to be on hand at the time order is placed. When order is filled the customer receives a text saying that one or more items are not available due to inventory issue but no info on what is not available, which is usually the reason the order was actually placed. Later an email will be sent out indicating which item(s) are not available. Better inventory control would save on a 20-mile trip.
